Carlos founded Ranking Surge in 2024 after more than a decade working at leading digital agencies and in-house marketing teams across the UK. With experience in SEO, Web Design, and Digital Strategy, he brings a practical, results-focused mindset to every project.

Throughout his career, Carlos has helped hundreds of businesses grow — from running SEO and Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns at other established UK agencies. His approach is based on data, technical insight, and a clear understanding of what actually drives growth.

Carlos is someone who prefers numbers over noise — quietly focused on what works, not just what’s flashy. Launching Ranking Surge was both a challenge and a natural progression, born from a desire to help businesses thrive online through honest, effective Digital Marketing.

Gonçalo Braz

Web Developer

Gonçalo is an experienced Web Developer with a strong background in building fast, functional, and user-friendly websites. Before joining Ranking Surge, he has 13 years of experience working at other agencies and doing freelance work, where he helped on a wide range of client projects.

With a degree in Multimedia Technologies and Design, Gonçalo brings a sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to every build. He’s passionate about writing clean code, creating accessible digital experiences, and making sure every site performs as well as it looks.

Gonçalo works closely with the team at Ranking Surge to turn strategy and design into high-performing websites built for results.
